Hi, Erin. What you're saying is not the truth and we're so sorry for that. We sent you the package and we gave you the shipment receipt. The postal service tried to deliver the packet to you but you were absent, your packet stayed there in the post desk for 30 days. Etsy Trust and Safety service agreed with us, and you know it. We're available to refund the total amount without shipping cost. So what is our fault?

3 out of 5 starsThe product is very nice and corresponds to the description (even if it loses a bit of color). The few stars are due to the lack of availability for customization, my request was answered only once the purchase was made.

Mi spiace il commento sulla scarsa disponibilità: la nostra risposta non è stata una conseguenza del tuo acquisto, anzi, cerchiamo sempre, come molti nostri clienti sanno, di venire in contro ad ogni richiesta e personalizzazione e nel corso di questi anni ne abbiamo fatte veramente di tutti i colori! Purtroppo lavorando non abbiamo sempre la prontezza e la velocità per rispondere immediatamente alle richieste ed è veramente un peccato che questo ti abbia portato a dare un giudizio così negativo perché facciamo veramente il possibile!

Great availability of Federica and Giulia to create for me a "personalized" necklace (because I asked for the colors and composition that represents my family!), in a very short time. I had to have a lot of patience because of the post office: in my area (near Milan) lately the times are very long ... here if you are in a hurry I recommend SDA! It's just as I wanted it!! Thank you girls!!!

Aesthetically I like them a lot and I hope we are as resistant as the necklaces! The shipment by mail was on time, about a week
